Thank you for subscribing to the Daring Dove Letter Club. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

Monthly subscriptions Due to the handcrafted and physical nature of our letters, we are unable to offer refunds on letters that have already been dispatched. If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, your first letter will be included in that month's dispatch. If you subscribe after the 15th, your first letter will be sent in the following month's dispatch.

Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time via your subscriber portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and you will continue to receive any letters already paid for.

Annual subscriptions Annual subscriptions are billed in full upfront. If you wish to cancel an annual subscription, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a pro-rata refund, minus any letters already dispatched. After 14 days we are unable to offer refunds on annual subscriptions.

Skipping or pausing We do not offer a formal pause policy. If you need to take a break, you are welcome to cancel and resubscribe from your subscription portal when you are ready. Please note that resubscribing will bring you in at the current month's letter. We are unable to send previous editions. If collecting the full tarot Arcana is important to you, we recommend maintaining your subscription to avoid missing cards in the sequence.

Damaged or lost letters If your letter arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at hello@daringdove.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement.

Address errors We are unable to reship or refund letters lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before the monthly cutoff date of the 15th.
