How we ship All Daring Dove letters are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard as a large letter service. This is an untracked service. Once your letter has been handed to Royal Mail, we are unable to provide tracking updates.
The monthly cutoff Letters are sent out once a month. Sign up by the 15th to receive that month's letter. Sign-ups after the 15th will receive their first letter the following month's dispatch.
Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location:
- UK: included in your subscription price
- Rest of World: £3.60
Delivery timeframes These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to postal carrier schedules, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
- UK: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
- Europe: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 10 to 20 working days after dispatch
Customs and duties Your letter contains printed materials of low monetary value and in practice rarely attracts customs charges. However, international subscribers may occasionally be subject to import fees or handling charges levied by their national postal service upon receipt. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged letters If your letter does not arrive within the timeframes above, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@daringdove.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Please see our Refund Policy for full details of how we handle replacements.
Address accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and keep it up to date via your subscriber portal. We are unable to reship or refund letters lost due to an incorrect address provided by the subscriber.
