Welcome to the Daring Dove Letter Club. By subscribing or purchasing through our store, you agree to the following terms.

Who we are The Daring Dove Letter Club is a small creative collective offering a monthly postal subscription of story, art, and reflection. Our store is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with us, not with Shopify.

Your subscription By subscribing you agree to recurring billing on either a monthly (£11) or annual (£99) basis. You may cancel at any time via your subscriber portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, damaged letters, and annual subscriptions.

The cutoff date Letters are dispatched monthly. Sign up by the 15th of the month to receive that month's letter. Later sign-ups will receive their first letter the following month.

Shipping Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your letter is handed to Royal Mail, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs processing.

Our content All original content included in your letters, including artwork, writing, tarot card designs, and activity materials, is the intellectual property of Daring Dove Letter Club and its creators. Where letters include contributions from guest artists or third-party partners, that content remains the intellectual property of the respective creators and is included with their permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from your letters, whether created by us or by guest contributors, without the written permission of the relevant rights holder.

Accuracy We make every effort to represent our subscription accurately. Product contents may vary slightly from month to month. We reserve the right to make changes to the contents of the letter club with reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment information at checkout. We are unable to reship letters lost due to address errors. You agree to use our store for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daring Dove Letter Club is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our store or subscription service.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
